Michelle Letourneau

Ms. Letourneau is a licensed attorney focusing primarily in family law issues, such as divorce, parenting time, custody, support issues, and adoption. A recipient of the Institute for Continuing Legal Education Family Law Certificate, she has over a decade of experience. She received a Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School while working full time in a law firm. Ms. Letourneau is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association, and Downriver Bar Association.

Christopher McAvoy

A licensed attorney since 1996, Mr. McAvoy is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts.  He is a graduate of the Michigan State University College of Law and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.  A member of the Family and Probate sections of the State Bar Association as well as the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Consumer Bankruptcy Association, Mr. McAvoy continues to attend continuing legal education seminars to stay abreast of the law.  He practices in the areas of bankruptcy, family law, probate and estate planning, real estate, litigation, criminal, and driver license restoration.

Tracy N. Torni

Ms. Torni was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2005. She received her Juris Doctor from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2005, and her Bachelors of Arts in Communication from Albion College in 2002. Ms. Torni practices all aspects of family law, traffic and criminal matters, probate and estate planning, collection and general civil litigation. She is currently enrolled in the Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s Family Law Certificate Program, and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Family Law Section and the Criminal Law Section.
